Kayla's Easy Pork Fried Rice

 Kayla's recipe and some pictures for Easy Pork Fried Rice.

Kayla's Fried Rice
Step 1: Gather all of the ingredients and supplies.
Ingredients:
3 cups Cooked Rice
1 Pork Chop
2 Eggs
1-1/2 cup Frozen Vegetables
1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Step 2: Turn on burner to medium.

Step 3: Add the oil to the pan.
Mediterranean Blend Cooking Oil

 Step 4: Season the top of the pork chop.

 Step 5: Place meat seasoned side down in hot skillet.

Step 6: Season the other side of the pork.

 Step 7: Cook until brown on the bottom (approximately 10 minutes).

 Step 8: Flip the meat over onto the other side.

 Step 9: Reduce heat and cook until browned.

Step 10: Thaw out frozen vegetables.

Step 11: Place vegetables near frying pan.

 Step 12: Remove pork from pan.

 Step 12: Set meat aside on cutting board.

Step 13: Drain off excess oil and reserve.

Step 14:  Set Oil aside nearby.

Step 15: Add rice and form into a ring, laving the center of the pan clear.

Step 16: Pour reserved oil into center of pan. 

Step 17: Crack eggs onto oil.

Step 18: Fry the eggs in center of the pan.

Step 19: Turn up heat while frying the eggs.

Step 20: Gradually incorporate rice into fried egg.

Step 21: Add mixed vegetables to center of frying pan.

Step 22: Gradually incorporate vegetables into rice and egg mixture.

Step 23: Add Soy Sauce.

Step 24: De-bone pork chop if necessary, slicing it into strips as you go.

Step 25: Chop pork chop into small squares

Step 26: Add meat.

 Step 27: Stir together well.

Step 28: Season to taste.

Step 29: Stir well.

Step 30: Turn off stove.

Step 31: Serve and eat.
