4 Egg Whites
4 Whole Eggs
2/3 Cup Diced Ham
1/3 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2/3 Cup Shredded Colby Cheese
3 Slices Yellow American Cheese
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Step 2: Crack eggs into a bowl.
Step 3: Remove 4 yolks.
Step 4: Add Pepper.
Step 5: Whisk.
Step 9: Smack Garlic with the side of the knife.
Step 11: Mince Garlic.
Step 12: Add Garlic to egg mixture.
Step 13: Carefully open ham.
Step 15: Cube the ham.
Step 16: Set stove top to medium heat.
Step 17: Add Oil.
Step 18: Place ham on a plate to gather ingredients for the filling.
Step 20: Slice off a piece of Colby cheese and shred it on the plate with the ham.
Step 21: Push the cheese to the side and leave it on the plate.
Step 22: Pile the Mozzarella cheese on plate with the other filling ingredients.
Step 23: Place the American cheese on the staging plate also.
Step 24: Set the staging plate next to the frying pan near the stove.
Step 25: Reduce stove temperature to medium low.
Step 26: Sprinkle ham into eggs
Step 27: Fold the american cheese in half then rip it into strips.
Step 28: Lay strips of cheese evenly in pan.
Step 30: Sprinkle Colby cheese evenly over top.
Step 31: Cover.
Step 32: Cook approximately 15 minutes until several small bubbles form throughout.
